With 24-years experiences in plastic-injection mold, injection, painting and chromium plating area, Yu Lin is capable in meeting all specification from our OE customers. Yu Lin also has the capability to develop ODM business with customers.
In-house we can produce as big as 30 tons tool for plastic injection mold, the capability of injection machines are from 35 tons to 1600 tons with automatic robotic arm and computer controlled hot-tip injection. For automatic plating line, the biggest part we can plate is 220cm*110cm*80cm. The painting line is fully automatic in house.
It is Yu Lin’s nature and principle to be responsible, reliable, negotiability and responsive to all customer’s requirement.

2. In-house tooling shop can manufacture under 30 tons mold.

4. Able to meet all the OEM plating quality requirement for our in-house plating process. The biggest product we can product is 220cm*110cm*80cm for chrome plating.

7. The plating finish can be hexavalent chromium plating, trivalent chromium plating, satin nickel chrome plating, black chrome plating and golden plating.
